  Frank Kirwin sold two family properties each of which had several owners in the past several years. One of the properties had been in the family since 1938, and the sale was emotional for all. Frank was calm, patient, and negotiated with care for all. We got the price we had agreed we wanted, and the process was smooth. We all left the table feeling that we had accomplished a lot for the family, the houses, and the neighborhood, all of which were important things to us. I cannot recommend Frank highly enough for his expertise in real estate, his knowledge of the community, and his great concern for both buyers and sellers. I would certainly recommend Frank, and he is the only real estate person I would use in Key West.
